Shipping time varies by the product, but generally orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days and the customer gets an email notification and tracking number once the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been processed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
If any orders are not received due to inaccurate information given by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery.
If a customer doesn't receive the package we will charge the shipping and handling charges from the customer.
We truly hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if for some reason you change your mind, we will gladly exchange your item or refund your purchase.
We offer 14 days return and exhange right. The returned items must be returned in the original packaging and unworn to accept the return.
The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
